Terms of Service and Conditions of Usage

By by placing a listing on, you agree to abide by the following simple common sense rules:

  1. You certify that you are 13 years of age or over. All those individuals under 13 years of age will need a full release form from their parents before interacting with on or offline. This is in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 2000 (COPPA).

  2. Language and or actions that we feel are inflammatory, vulgar, misrepresenting, negative, or rude will be be cause for immediate suspension or removal from our site(s) and pages(s).

  3. You understand that all blogs, pages, groups and listings may be moderated for foul language and fairness.

  4. Always be respectful of other users and employees. We put online in good faith, please use it in good faith. Any intentional deception, misrepresentations, false claims, misuse of promotions, offers and or standard listing practices will not be allowed. Zero tolerance will be enforced.

  5. Because we always have the Reps best interest in mind, your posts and or listings on any of our sites may be edited at anytime as sees fit. This may include changes to the content or display of your listing.

  6. Before posting on any of our sites, please review your content for spelling, grammar, authenticity, validity and reliability. is not responsible for any misspellings, misinformation, authenticity, validity and or reliability.

  7. Links to unlawful adult content, pages or posts with links to unlawful adult content, near unlawful adult content (including pornography), or messages describing anything against the law will be removed as soon as possible. Any discussion of those are off topic. There are no exceptions to this rule. It's legal or it's not.

  8. No press releases, newsletters, web pages, or copyrighted content should be inserted to your listing and or an posts on sites. Minor “fair use” excerpts of less than one paragraph (4 sentences) may be used if the content is publicly available on the internet. All other forms of inserted content from press releases, newsletters, web pages, or any other copyrighted content placed into messages may be removed without exception. A link to the content is acceptable and appropriate.

  9. Periodically the employees of may post his or her comments, but they may not necessarily reflect the opinions of, or its employees.

  10. Any of's sites, pages, posts or blogs are NOT a venue for personal or private vendetta's. Keep your personal business as just that - personal. Our sites, posts, pages, Facebook Page and blogs are not venue for the resolution of personal disputes with, other Reps, or the companies those Reps represent.

  11. While promotional posts are appropriate and encouraged on your Listing, please do not drop promotional urls, signature files, nor specifics that would lead people to your site or any of your pages or sites where they are not expressly requested, e.g. on any of our Blogs or Facebook Pages. Signing your name is fine, however commercialized posts or resume signatures may be edited. We tend to err on the side of caution to protect the integrity of sites, pages and posts.

  12. Please keep your language POSITIVE, clean and decent. This includes personal inflammatory language, rudeness as well as obscenities. Anything resembling this type of a language may be removed without explanation.

  13. Any communications made through your association with or with should be professionally handled. Please be respectful, helpful and kind. It's just good business practice. Any communications with employees or administrators, other reps, customers or any other connection you may have made through may be reviewed by the administrators if we feel it is necessary. Any support requests made on our Facebook pages may or may not be handled – you should email [email protected] for help. We do make a best effort to handle private Facebook messages. However, public messages that are in essence support requests may be deleted without warning.

  14. Please stay within the topic area of any posts you find online associated with FindSalesRep. Non topic posts may be removed.

  15. You agree not to hold or its employees liable for anything stated by reps on its site(s), post(s) or page(s).

  16. Since sites, pages, posts and blogs are interactive, and everyone who participates in interactions wants to Get Found, we are "in it together"! Please treat others the way you wish to be treated. One way to guard against misunderstandings is to read over your communications before you post them. Flaming: flaming or personal attacks are not allowed or tolerated. Should anyone use inappropriate language, start a personal attack against another rep or company, or engage in hate speech, they may be barred from all further discussions on any of our sites, posts, pages and or blogs.

  17. You are responsible for your own listing, posts, comments and agree not to hold liable for any communications posted.

  18. You will not copy and retransmit any information from any of our sites, pages, posts or comments without first getting the permission of the original author of the communication and a administrator.

  19. Discussions about other Reps, companies or products, employee or administrator are welcome in email or private messages, but should not be discussed in public. This is out of respect for the other Reps, their companies and products, or employees and administrators and or the policy involved.

  20. Claims of action, flames, and calls to action against any company or person will be removed.

  21. Communications posted on our sites, blogs, pages and posts are the sole opinion and responsibility of the poster.

  22. Personal exposure. Anyone posting another persons or another Rep personal details, personal info, contact info, or web site details without permission will be banned from any and all interactions with

This includes changing the “Parent Company” setting without prior approval from a employee or administrator.

  26. Contacting other Reps for the purpose of recruiting or marketing to them is expressly forbidden and may result in termination of your listing. exists to help get Reps found by leads looking to purchase things from them – not the other way around.

  27. Violation of any of the terms listed above or any breaches of good faith that may come up for review may result in suspension and or permanent removal from any and all interactions on or offline with FindSalesRep. Refunds may not be issued if there is a violation of any of the terms listed above or for any other breaches of good faith.

  28. Reps are responsible for ALL content contained on their listing and any information they may post on any site, post or page associated with FindSalesRep.
